Hey ladies, remember these? The 2 Bandits are having an insane online sale starting June 1st – and it lasts until every last bandit is nabbed.
“But KK, it’s summer!” you say? Well fashion friends, I just moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, hipster capital of the world, and let me tell you, boots are still very much allowed. Of course, from what I’ve seen so far, pretty much everything is allowed – including cut-off short shorts on dudes.
So live on the other side of the fashion law. Shop The 2 Bandits today!

Oh lovers of chic! Take a peek into Julia Roitfeld’s home courtesy of The Selby. And because it makes me feel better – and you hopefully jealous – I own the same little Louis V blanket above. Gifted to me by fashion journalist Monsieur Tim Blanks (ok, it was a freebie at an LV fall fashion show, but that’s a pretty frickin’ good freebie, no?)
Can someone give me a “nailed it?“
While you are perusing The Selby, also be sure to check out Vogue Fashion News Editor Sally Singer’s home. It’s pretty awesome, too.
As soon as I get a couch, I’m inviting him over. Folding chairs are not so fashionable to photograph (and I negated your jealousy just now. Stupid.)

Look at the new and improved Helmut Lang! Lord knows what he’s been up to, but “getting hotter” seems to be on his list of activities.
Yes, this is as “hard hitting” as I get in journalism. Up next: catty and callous judgments from tonight’s Costume Institute gala! If weather permits, I’m planning on creepily stalking the red carpet arrivals. I’m a fair weather psycho.

One more thing before you run away for the weekend…you have to see this picture!
Calvin Klein’s Francisco Costa and Vogue Editor-at-LARGE Andre Leon Talley.
There. Now you may go.

I have to admit, for the past 100 days, I haven’t been giving Michelle Obama’s style a very good grade. She looks lovely, yes, but there’s only so many J. Crew outfits one can stand (personally, I think she would look more adorable in Liz Claiborne New York, but I might be a little biased).
Then, she wore these. Lanvin. Amazing. Totally unexpected.
As I put on my vintage tortoise shell glasses and pull my hair in a bun, I’m marking Michelle an “A++,” for finally making me look twice. (And in the comments section I’m adding, “plays well with others – other than J. Crew.” )
